Return of goods of proper quality

The Buyer may return a non-food item of proper quality within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase) if it did not fit by shape, dimensions, colour, size or for other reasons, provided that:

• the item was not used;
• its presentation and consumer properties are preserved;
• the packaging, seals and labels are preserved;
• a proof-of-payment document is available.

The list of goods that cannot be returned is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Refund term and method

The price is refunded within 30 calendar days of the Seller receiving the goods, subject to the above requirements. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the Buyer's account.

Delivery costs

Returning goods of proper quality to the Seller's address is at the Buyer's expense; such costs are not reimbursed by the Seller.

Goods of improper quality (warranty)

If defects are found within the warranty period, the Buyer may make claims under the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection». Claims are considered upon submission of the required documents. The Seller is not liable for defects arising from misuse or improper storage, third-party actions or force majeure.

Limitations

The Buyer may not withdraw from goods of proper quality with individually defined properties (non-standard sizes, specifications, appearance or configuration) if such goods can be used only by that Buyer.
