Delivery

Delivery is available throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta or another carrier by arrangement.

Timeframes

• Order preparation: up to 2 business days.
• Delivery within Ukraine: about 2 business days (1–5 days depending on the region).
• Made-to-order production: up to 2 working weeks.

Cost

Delivery cost is calculated per Nova Poshta (or the chosen carrier) tariffs and paid by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed. Ask your manager for an estimate when confirming the order.

Important

An order is shipped after a manager confirms it — they will agree the order contents, answer questions and provide the tracking number (TTN). Shipment status is shown in your account and updates automatically.

Receiving

On receipt, check the goods for quantity, completeness and appearance in the presence of the carrier's representative. Signing the waybill confirms there are no claims regarding quantity, completeness or appearance.
