Ordering & payment

The wholesale portal opt.tihon.com.ua serves approved wholesale buyers: dropshippers, dealers and distributors. Below is how to place an order and the available payment methods.

How to place an order

• Register, choosing your entity type (individual, sole proprietor or company) and entering your details.
• Wait for account approval by a manager — after that your individual discount is set and wholesale prices are unlocked.
• Add products to the cart, respecting each item's minimum quantity and order step.
• Place the order specifying the recipient, phone and Nova Poshta branch.
• A manager will contact you to confirm the order and issue an invoice.

Prices and discounts

All prices are in UAH. For approved buyers, prices automatically reflect a personal discount (e.g. 15% for dropshipping or 30% for dealers). A minimum order amount may apply to dealers and distributors; no minimum applies to dropshipping.

Payment methods

• Bank transfer to the current account against an invoice (the main method for sole proprietors and companies).
• Prepayment to the details provided by your manager — for dropshipping and individual terms.
• Other methods — by arrangement with your manager.

Payment obligations are deemed fulfilled when funds reach the Seller's account. Orders are shipped after payment is confirmed (unless otherwise agreed). Closing documents are provided according to your entity type.

Documents

Invoices, delivery notes and other documents are generated from the details in your profile. Please make sure they are up to date before ordering. For document workflow and CRM integration questions, contact your manager.
